At Bank Machine we are acutely aware of our responsibilities in relation to the environment.
Our aim is to provide the UK Public with access to the vital cash they need to lead their daily lives in the most environmentally - friendly way possible.
To this end, we have vertically integrated our organisation to cut out inefficient sub-contractors. Bank Machine now has firm control of every element of the cash distribution process, including all aspects of the installation and maintenance of our ATMs.
One of the few things we don't do is print the bank notes!
The result of Bank Machine's focus on efficiency and vertical integration has been to replace disposal in favour of recycling in every segment of our business.
For example, almost every damaged machine part is repaired and recycled, rather than being dismissed as scrap.
Both our recycled and new parts are distributed through a network of secure drop-off points around the UK. This saves our engineers valuable travelling time and minimises unnecessary journeys which are potentially damaging to our environment.
There are always improvements and innovations to be introduced. All at Bank Machine are determined that we will continue to develop both our understanding of environmental issues and the business solutions that deal best with those issues.
