BankMachine iPad Mini ATM Text Competition Terms & Conditions

This Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions. You should make sure you read the terms and conditions below because your participation constitutes your acceptance of such terms and conditions.

How it works.

  1. The BankMachine ATM Competition runs from 15th March 2013 to 31st May 2013; three prizes will be awarded each calendar month.
  2. The Competition is run and managed by BankMachine Ltd. To enter the Competition, participants have to send a text to 66777 with the keyword BALANCE as advertised on the balance enquiry receipt. You can send in an entry for the Competition at any time during the Competition Period. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the competition
  3. All winning entries will be entered into a prize draw at the end of each competition month and three winners selected, who will then be notified. If the winner is not contactable or does not respond within two days, another winning entry will be randomly picked
  4. The text message must be actually received by us for the entry to be considered a valid answer
  5. You may only enter if you are 16 years or over. Any winners or contestants who cannot or do not, if requested, provide proof of age will be disqualified

Payment

  1. All entry Texts are free of charge, however your mobile operator will charge you at your Standard Network Charge for one text message
  2. The total cost of your text may vary depending on the particular network used by you. Charges for entering the Competition will be added to the contestant's available text charges if they are a pre-pay customer or will appear on the monthly statement if they are a pay monthly customer.

Prizes and General

  1. The prize for the Competition consists of one iPad Mini.
  2. The Winner will be announced via www.bankmachine.com within 5 days of the end of each month.
  3. Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to change at our discretion. A prize of a similar value will be awarded if any of the prizes are not available
  4. The prize will be dispatched within ten days of notification, using registered postal services.
  5. In all matters the decision of the Managing Director is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into
  6. The winner will be contacted by the phone number that the winning text was sent from
  7. You may only enter this competition as an individual; entries that, in our absolute discretion, have been made via participation in a syndicate will be disqualified
  8. Any entries made, in our absolute discretion, via any form of machine assisted intervention enabling multiple entries will be disqualified
  9. Multiple entries getting the right answer will still only be entered into the draw once per mobile phone per 24 hour period.
  10. Refund will not be made if entries are disqualified under clauses 7 and 8
  11. Entrants may submit more than one entry; notwithstanding each entry will be subject to clause 9
  12. We reserve the right to withdraw any prize not claimed within 28 days following the winner being notified
  13. The Competition is to be advertised on www.bankmachine.com, through advertising on BankMachine ATM screens and BankMachine ATM receipts
  14. By responding via Text you are agreeing to the use of your Mobile Number by BankMachine for special promotions
  15. If you wish your mobile number to be removed from our mobile database email info@bankmachine.com or reply STOP at any time
  16. Bank Machine Limited staff and their immediate family are not eligible for the Prize Draw
  17. All BankMachine Mobile promotions are run and managed in accordance with the strict guidelines laid down by PhonePayplus the UK's Mobile Communications Governing Body and are adhere to current Data Protection laws
